After payment, you can choose to receive your ticket in 2 ways
1. Print Ticket via Website
Print your ticket by yourself via the website (e-Ticket). The printed ticket can be used for travel without needing to exchange it.
2. Print Ticket at Bus Terminal
You can contact the ticket sales counter at any bus terminal nationwide to request your ticket.
After payment, you can collect your ticket any day. If you choose to collect your ticket on the day of travel, please do so at least 30 minutes before departure.
Show the payment slip or booking document to the staff. Before issuing the ticket, the staff may ask you to present an ID card that matches the name you provided.
