Frequently Asked Questions about Online Ticketing and Bus Travel
1 General
  • A : Go to the website, select the "Manage Booking" menu, enter your information to "Search Booking", and print the booking confirmation on A4 paper. Alternatively, you can travel to Bus Terminal at least 30 minutes before departure time, then go to the counter of the bus service provider you booked with, using your "ID card" or "Passport" to receive your ticket.
  • A : You can collect your ticket at the counter of the bus service provider you booked with at any Bus Terminal nationwide, using your booking confirmation or ID card or Passport that matches the booking. Please contact at least 30 minutes before departure time.
  • A : You can book tickets approximately 30–90 days in advance on certain routes.
2 Booking Information Verification
  • A : Normally, the system will send the booking information to the registered email. If you did not receive it, it may be due to an incorrect email entry. You can check on the website in the Booking History menu or contact Call Center 02-269-6999 for assistance or Line @busxthairoute.
  • A : Go to the website, select the Booking History / Manage Booking menu, and enter the information used for booking to check the details.
3 Ticket Rescheduling / Refund
  • A :

    Ticket Rescheduling: Can be done through the website in the "Manage Booking" menu.

    Ticket Refund: Contact the Bus Terminal service counter, using the original ID card or Passport that matches the booking, and must be done at least 6 hours before the bus departure time.

    *You can only reschedule the ticket once. After rescheduling, no further changes can be made.

  • A : Refunds take approximately 3–5 business days. Refunds via credit card take approximately 2–4 weeks. If it exceeds the specified time, please check the account number in the transfer history for accuracy or contact customer service for assistance.
4 Discounts & Welfare Usage
  • A : These privileges cannot be used through the website. It is recommended to contact the Bus Terminal service counter nationwide for booking.
