1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all passengers and anyone who interacts with the Company. They become effective upon successful ticket purchase. These terms apply specifically to bus services for which the Company is authorized to manage and sell tickets.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions are written in Thai. In the event of translation into another language, the Thai version shall prevail. If there is any inconsistency with other Company terms, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.
2. Tickets and Fares
2.1 Emails, SMS, and electronic tickets issued by the Company serve as proof of transaction between you and the Company. The travel schedule, electronic ticket, these Terms and Conditions, and the Bus Operator’s rules (including related fees) together constitute the agreement for service.
2.2 Fares cover transportation from departure to arrival stations only. They exclude handling fees, service channel charges, special service charges, payment point fees, and any other ticketing system-related costs.
2.3 Transfers or changes to the service agreement between you and the Company are permitted only under the conditions set by the Bus Operator.
2.4 Identification: You must check in and/or collect your ticket before boarding by presenting the booking ID and a valid photo ID (e.g., national ID card, passport, or government-issued card). The Bus Operator may also require proof of payment or travel schedule.
3. Seat Reservation and Payment
3.1 Reservations can be made through www.busticket.in.th, authorized websites, phone, ticket counters, or kiosks. Booking must be completed before the scheduled travel time set by the Bus Operator. After booking, you will receive a booking ID and must complete payment through the specified channels within the given timeframe. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
3.2 Payment channels include online service counters, credit cards (VISA/MasterCard), and other Company-approved payment agents or channels.
3.3 Seat Selection: You may select your seat during booking. However, the Company and/or the Bus Operator reserve the right to change the bus or seat if necessary.
