  • After payment, you can print the e-Ticket by yourself via the website (the printed ticket can be used for travel immediately), or collect the ticket at any Transport Company ticket counter nationwide. If you choose to collect the ticket on your travel date, please do so at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • If you collect the ticket at a Transport Company ticket counter, please present your payment slip to the staff. Before issuing the ticket, the staff may request to verify the booking code or ask you to present your ID card that matches the name provided during booking.
